Every year on Hillside’s Community Day, the Tenant Council does a raffle which is free for the residents to enter. Yesterday, May 22, Embrace Richmond hosted Monacan High School’s Humanities 10th grade classes. Forty Four students returned for the second time to do their part to serve the community.
